Vika Kacevičiūtė

Vika Kace (Kacevičiūtė) – sertifikuota Oro jogos bei Ashtanga-Vinyasa jogos mokytoja, Indijoje „Rishikesh Vinyasa joga school” įgijusi jogos mokytojos kvalifikaciją. 3 metus gilinusi praktiką Australijoje, 2017m vasarą Vika grįžo mokyti į Lietuvą. Šiuo metu Vika dirba Kauno jogos studijoje “Buddha on Bike”, veda Vinyasa bei Yin jogos pamokas, organzuoja workshopus bei dalyvauja jogos stovyklose bei įvairiuose socialiniuose projektuose.

Vinyasa joga – tai dinaminė joga, atliekama judesius derinant su kvėpavimu bei jungiant juos į sekas. Ši joga padedanti išjudinti sustingusį kūną, gerina ištvermę ir lankstumą bei padeda atpalaiduoti protą. Jogoje daug dėmesio skiriama taisyklingam pratimų atlikimui, kūno pajutimui bei pažinimui ir taisyklingam kvėpavimui. 

Yin joga – meditatyvi joga, kurios metu asanos (jogos padėtys) laikomos ilgesnį laiką tam, kad būtų tempiami jungiamieji audiniai jų nepažeidžiant. Ši joga yra ypač efektyvi norint gerinti lankstumą, atpalaiduoti kūną, nuraminti protą stebint pojūčius ir kvėpavimą. Tai jogos terapija, veikianti kaip akupunktūra, kurios metu mes leidžame sau visiškai atsipalaiduoti bei mėgautis vidiniais gyjimo procesais. ​

 

Vika Kace (Kacevičiūtė) – certified Ashtanga-Vinyasa yoga teacher completing 200hs Teacher training course in India “Rishikesh vinyasa yoga school. Vika is also a qualified areal yoga teacher and keeps developing the knowledge in yin yoga and other yoga styles and techniques.

Vika was introduced with yoga at the age 16, but the true journey has started 3 years agowhile living in in Australia where she was introduced with Vinyasa yoga. Her commitment to the practice grew and changed. Vika found a place on a mat where she could still her busy, messy mind and became passionate about her practice and her journey towards creating a balanced lifestyle with a new connection to herself and the world around her.

In 2017 Vika has returned to Lithuania and started teaching in a yoga studio “Buddha on Bike”. Vika participates and organizes yoga events, organizes workshops, participates in social projects and yoga camps and retreats. 

Vinyasa yoga – dynamic, connected and powerful yoga practice in which students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to another. This type of yoga helps to move a stiff body, improves stamina, strength and flexibility. As well as this, vinyasa yoga is a powerful practice to calm the mind and connect with inner-you. 

Yin yoga – meditative,healing and calming yoga practise in which asanas are held for a longer periods of time. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones, and even joints of the body that normaly are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practise. yin yoga relaxes the mind, allows to watch senses and feelings coming while holding poses in a nice and comfortable positions.
